If you haven’t already, now would be a good time to save your animated GIF in Photoshop. Open Adobe Photoshop Elements and create a new file. A good size to practice with is 300 by 300 pixels at 72 dpi. You can select a transparent background, as it creates a cool effect, however you don't have to. Choose File > Export > Save for Web and set the movie to export as a GIF file. Reduce the size to the width you want – I’ve chosen 600 pixels. With typical GIF settings, the sky looks badly posterized – and it still comes in at 3.5Mb.
